Sims are just broken

My whole game is broken, I’ve deleted all my mods, it still happens.

Sims get stuck in spots and stay there for hours and wont move, they wont take baths or showers, they just stand there. If I make them use the toilet they’ll just sit there and their bladder won’t go green and when they do go, the interaction is saying they are washing their hands or browsing the bookshelf while on the toilet.

if I make them wash their hands, they wash it from where they are standing.

Im not sure what to do and I really want to play.

    Are you playing with any mods or CC in your Mods folder? If so, see what happens after you drag that folder to your desktop and delete localthumbcache. (Don't save, though! Or test in a new game.) If that works, you can head to the Broken/Updated Mods lists.

    I already had mentioned in the post I removed my mods/cc and tried it but it still wouldn’t work. Even deleted the saves and made a new one. No luck

    @gl00mymoon23 Try a clean folder: Exit Sims 4 then drag your whole Sims 4 folder from Document > Electronic Arts to your desktop. Launch Sims 4 and reset your Options. Now test in a new save. If that works, copy your previous save into the new folder and test it.
