@questocean Please try removing the localthumbcache.package file also, after removing the Mods/CC. If that does not fix the issue, try removing all Mods/CC and the cache file as described in the spoiler tag below. I would start with testing MCC, since that's the one you have not tried removing. Just because a Mod/CC is up to date does not mean that the maker addressed all conflicts that may have arisen.

Move your Mods folder from your "The Sims 4" folder [Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4] to your desktop (save it for reference) and delete the localthumbcache.package file in your “The Sims 4” folder. Then check in a new game save to see if this issue is still occurring. If the issue is gone, please re-add the Mods/CC one at a time until you find the one causing the issue. If you have a lot of Mods/CC you can try the 50/50 Method. You can do all of this testing without saving in order to identify which CC/Mods are causing the issue, then remove or add updated version(s) of the Mod/CC causing the issue.
Please let us know how it goes. Thanks!
Edit... I have been made aware that both WW and MCCC have pregnancy-oriented settings, and that you may also want to try adjusting settings on those two Mods?
