    I have seen this as well in my game there is an easy way to fix it when you place lots right now they get sat to  Residential Lots you just have to go into build mode

    and sat it to what the lot really is it does this with stores to

I don’t have this, only furnished Or unfurnished, really stuck and can’t enjoy the spa
