sims can't perform romantic interactions

my sims 4 couple can't romantically interact with one another despite their romance being at 100 as well as their friendship. when i click romance, the only options that show are "serenade", "offer massage", and ask about each other's orientations regarding woohoo and romance. i've checked several times and they have no family relations with one another as well as errors regarding their orientations. i checked to see if this occurrence is happening with other households to confirm that it is a mod and i've found that it isn't and that this problem only happens with this couple. to add to that, this couple has been able to flirt and generally just romantically interact with one another before in the past but this bug has been happening ever since yesterday. -- also yes they are adults

    Hi @yqu7wxykyz7r This could still be a problem caused by mods. Try backing up your Saves (just so you have a current state to go back to), then load an earlier version of this save, with no mods (delete localthumbcache too, every time you remove or replace content from Mods), and see if the couple was okay in one of those.
