Sims Delivery Express not appearing in my game

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.82.9.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All packs except for Journey to Batuu and Luxury Party
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Settings menu of the game
What happens when the bug occurs? I cannot access the Sims Delivery Express Menu/items not appearing in my game
What do you expect to see? New items ready to download in my game
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I haven't had the pop up that I have a Sims Delivery Express in a while and there is no option on my menu to turn it on.

    @kayej11 I've never seen it say Local Build instead of a version number. Something is off there. I would try resetting the user folder and then do a game repair.

    @kayej11 I bet it's your mods. In the screenshot you shared, the version listed is Local Build\ and not the usual number. Try testing without them.

    @GiardiniDiMarzo I tried taking all my cc/mods out and turning off CC in game options. Still isn’t working and game version still says Local Build/ despite me restarting the game multiple times ☹️

    I'm having the same issue but my game version is up-to-date and everything works. Just the menu in options and the notification doesn't show up, even though before I did see it and I downloaded the sims delivery express content. But for me it doens't say LocalBuild it just the game version 1.87.40.1030 (pc)

    Hey, I just registered to ask this but how can someone reset the user folder and do a game repair? Like where do we find these stuff? I'm completely clueless. I just deleted some cache and reshade files and the sims delivery disappeared from my game.
