sims freezing whenever i give a command

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.103.250.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? almost everything
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? command the sim to do ANYTHING
What happens when the bug occurs? the command will apear on the bar in a little delay, and the sim will do nothing for like 2 hours before doing the command .
What do you expect to see? my sim sits for lunch and i tell her to wash the dishes after. the command appears on the command bar on the left but she doesnt move from the chair. also her stats doesnt go down whens shes not moving so she can even have a bladder filure when she moves again.

when i give my sims a command to do something (sower\sleep ect) it takes them a lot of time to do it . 

for example , they sit on a chair and i command to go to bed, they can sit on the chair for like 2 hours before getting up, and then stand near the chair for a while longer and only then go to bed .

also, whenever i have to press OK (in traveking or inv ppl to events) instead of ok i have a trash bin. when i press it does the same as OK but its still very weird. please fix those bugs. it started with the latest update (a week ago) and whenever i try to play it makes it very hard to enjoy a game . (i tell them to make breakfast and they get out of the bedroom only in like 1 pm its so annoying ) . also their stats goes down only when they move so once she had a bladder failure once she started actually moving.

it makes the game very difficult to enjoy pls  fix this asap.
