Where can I find these in-game Thumbnails and...

I am an amateur modder and I can find most in-game generated thumbnails but I cannot find the full body ones! It may not be possible but it should be, where are these?

And my other question is is there a Sims Developers cheat sheet list off all the numerical assigned traits (even the non-trait traits) with their counterparts?
