SillyMadHatter That's a pretty common answer from EA customer support, unfortunately, and it doesn't mean that it's actually an EA-side problem. To be clear, the "game ownership disabled or deleted" error IS an EA-side problem, but not the other part. So please try my suggestion for that, and if it doesn't work, list the affected packs.
