Sims not eating

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not sure but on my console when a sim needs to eat or you ask them to eat. They take the food our of the fridge and place it on the floor and do not eat it.

What do you expect to see? The sim should take the food out then cook it and eat it but they just place it on the floor
