Sims not loading with mods.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? the newest update
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? none
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? im not sure
What happens when the bug occurs? i cant play with mods or cc whenever i turn on mods and try to load sims it just gets stuck ona white screen not loading the game ive checked and made sure my mod folder is installed properly, ive downloaded a corrupted mod checker but nothing seems to fix this issue at all the game works fine when i dont have mods turned on but i really want to fix this problem.
What do you expect to see? A plain white screen.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
