Sims randomly changing into different outfit without being prompted?

I have this strange little bug going on where sims will randomly change into a different outfit in the same outfit category as the outfit they had just been wearing (usually). Fx, my sim got married ...

AnemxiaWasHere​ Player_srr5r59i​ Please test with no mods/CC at all to find out if mods are causing this: Drag the Mods folder to the desktop and rename it, delete the file called localthumbcache, open the game to test, and exit without saving.
