Sims stuck at entrance to community lot

Hey everyone

I have cc and this happens when I take my cc out FYI 🙂

I notice on some community lots, all the sims, including mine and NPC sims all stand at the edge of the lot and stay there for a considerable amount of time. There's also a lot of lag in restaurant lots, so it takes forever for sims to get seated, food takes ages to come out and sims seem to have issues with eating. There also seems to be lag where sims will stand around for a long time, but this happens without any pattern that I can discern. It tends to happen more on community lots. 

Any help would be really appreciated!
