Sims Template Override

Hi,

I want to mod the service sims template to make them make male sims. I wanted to be sure at the what to put and where, and of the syntax of what the leters E T L V mean. Also I wanted to make the police officers (that come arrest the burglar) naturally buffed, and if possible, to make Robin Banks also a man by default.

I'd appreciate if I could get advice on those points.
