Sims Wont Swim in pool or ocean

It seems it must be the mods that's doing it. This hasn't happened before when I used Mods so no idea what to do. Have tried repairing the game (took ages) and no luck. I can't see what Mods it is they could be doing it. Kinda sad as I miss swimming in Sulani, but I must have my Mods! Oh well, it must have been an update that's done it.

Am I the only one this has happened to?

Yes that seems to be working (The 50/50). So far I have narrowed it down by year and then by month and so far it is working. My Sim is swimming again yay

Platform: PC
Which language are you playing the game in? Finnish
How often does the bug occur? Now at this very moment
What is your current game version number?: 1.87.40.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? most of them, but not the newest ones, nor all of the kits, just few of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Click any swim interaction or try to put sim to swim at sea/ocean it just not happend.
What happens when the bug occurs? the sims cancels the interaction and clickin the ocean/sea the swimming option does not even appear.
What do you expect to see? they don't get in the ocean
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes, but they have nothing to do with water, pools, ocean or swimming
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? After YOUR latest update.
