Sims won't to anything

Hello, I have this issue after the newest update.
My sims will load and everything looks like it's working but when I click on any sims they won't do stuff normally they will stand on the same stop doing the thing.
For example if I click on Sims and have them wash the dishes they won't go to the sink they will stand on the same spot and the animation will take place there. Or not even animation will work and they will just do the things when they spread out their arms.
I don't know if I'm explaining this correctly since this never happened to me before.
I took all of my mods and cc I tried to repair them before and updating that didn't work so I took them out but the problem is still there.

I've been trying to make it work from yesterday I tried almost everything. I tried different household as well. Repairing doesn't work.

Does anyone have this problem?

    cucinka386​ I'm going to get you to do this set of steps to see if it solves your issue:

    1. Drag your whole Sims 4 folder from Document > Electronic Arts to your desktop and rename it.
    2. Run a Game Repair in the EA App. (If you use Steam, the equivalent is Verify Integrity.)
    3. Launch Sims 4. You should get no list of mods on launch, and you should have no option to load a previous save. If you DO get a load option, please let me know!
    4. Reset your Options. (You won't be copying that file back.)
    5. Start with New to test if your issue recurs in a new game.

     

    If that works, start putting old content back:

    1. Exit and copy files out of your old Saves folder into the new Saves folder. Important: Don't just copy the old folder! You want to use the newly created folders.
    2. Launch Sims 4 and use Load to select an older save to test.

     

    If that works, there's a good chance your issue was, in fact, mods.
