Sims won't use more than one computer in lot? + stuck sim

Edit: I have managed to fix the computer issue by deleting the usable computer.

My sims are in a large household with 3 computers. Only one of the computers work. If I click on a different computer, the task appears for the only working computer, which then a bubble appears with that computer even though I didn't click on it. Then my sims try to use it but can't because it is already in use. This means I can't have 2 sims using the computer at once and the other computers are unusable. I have deleted and replaced computers, reset computers, moved computers and reset sims. Not sure what else to do. 

In the same save, when my sim goes to work, he gets stuck outside and will not come into the house. If I ask him to perform a task, he just stands there and the action cancels. I have to use cheats and teleport him into the house after work every day. I have tried resetting him when he's stuck and it doesn't work.

If anyone knows any fixes, please let me know!
