so what do i do ?
I had the same problem, with my hairs and some of my skins. What I did was that I ran the Alpha converter by CmarNYC it is pretty new and it took 36 for the program to convert all my 30 000+files. It is pretty new and it worked for me. I suggest you try it to see if it fixes your game. Do a copy of your Mods folder just incase something happens
