Skin Tones not working. Everybody is pale white

Question

My skin tones are not working. I thought it was just my melanin Sims turned white but while playing I’ve noticed that my Caucasian sims also look more pale. When I go to CAS, their original skin tones are selected. I’ve attached before and after pictures. This started happening after the infamous update that left the Sims world unable to save.

I play on Windows 10, up to date

Yea, I was using Slice of Life and MCCC but I deleted both and tried again and their skin tones still weren’t working.
I originally thought it was SOL with the face mask but it never turned out to be it

I moved my Mods folder and my Sims are back to normal so now I just have to comb through my CC since it wasn’t the mods.&nbsp;Thanks for responding to a girl in need
