Skintones glitching, having strange patterns

I have some couple amount of sims that was complete normal first, but after awhile, when not playing by them I found their skintones has turned very strange, having some random patterns which does not go away, I thought that could be mod or cc causing the problem but when I tried without them they still have the same error. Even if I change skintone to this sim all skintones have the same weird patterns. I dont know does this problem become after they get tan or what, but its look annoying.

What that looks like is broken CC.  Probably something older too that predates Island Living, if I interpret what you said correctly, it only shows up when the sims have a tan.  Try stripping them completely in CAS and giving them new everything.  I mean everything too, CC body details, makeup, jewelry, tattoos, accessories as well as the clothes and put them in all game items.  If the issue goes away, then it's CC.  Tbh, those are very distinctive marks showing on the sims in your pics and you might be able to find the problem if you can figure out what CC you have that has those markings.   Since your pics appear to be in CAS, you might just have to remove items one at the time until the marks go away and then you'll know what it is.  Once identified, then you can remove whatever it is that's causing it from your mods folder, so it doesn't happen again.

Also, you should delete the localthumbcache.package file whenever you add or remove CC so you might want to try that first so any remnants of whatever was removed will be completely removed from your game.

    Hope this helps.

@SabirahWas this after removing all mods and CC from the Mods folder (drag the whole folder to your desktop) *and* deleting localthumbcache? Try also deleting avatarcache. And make a copy of that save in case you accidentally save over it during testing.

Also, if you have anything like iCloud or OneDrive syncing your game folder, unsync that. They don't play nice with The SIms.

Okay, let's do a test on a fully clean folder:

    • Exit Sims 4 then drag your whole Sims 4 folder from  Document > Electronic Arts to your desktop.
    • Launch Sims 4 and start a New Game.
    • If you still have the problem, it's time for a Game Repair.
    • If you don't still have the problem, it's time to check out your save. Exit the game, copy just your most recent save file into the new Saves folder, start the game, and use "Load" to test it.
