Social event tracker is messed up

Attached is a pic of what I'm seeing. My girl currently has a scenario active and is at the flea market but the tracker is completely messed up. This happened after I downloaded the Horse Ranch pack....

    Looks a lot like a broken UI Cheats mod. Do you happen to use it? There was an update after the patch came out.
