spawning townies

Question

Not sure if this is a bug or not. Since purchasing the business and hobbies expansion pack, my game is spawning over 60 npc townies in my game.

Did you create a business and they spawned when you opened that ?
If not, at which point did they spawn ?&nbsp;
Is your Sim living on an residential rental ?
Are you using mods/cc in your game ?

Thank you for the reply, it was a mod that i was using. i have taken all my mods out now. Thank you for your help.
