Stuck in a loop after selecting which world i wanna play in

i know there is a lot of issues with cc rn and its hella frustrating but i dunno if anyone else is having the same issue or ive just done something wrong somewhere lmao. whenever i try to play a household and i select the world theyre living in it goes to the loading screen then straight back to the world selection screen over and over and also my ui keeps looking like this with a weird square in the corner (this happens when i have mods enabled) does anyone know how to fix this?
