Stuck On Loading Screen - How is this not fixed?

I've taken my mods out, updated my game and repaired it multiple times I literally cannot play (about a month w/ the issue)
I've even updated my laptop. I can go into CAS make a new save and play but once I close my game and try and load my saves I'm stuck on the loading screen or I am able to see my world but when I click any household I'm stuck on the loading screen again 

If it's an issue on EA's side - This happened with the new update and as I haven't seen anyone else have this issue idk if they will patch it as we just had an XDS drop and it's still not working
And I have only seen people having this issue from 2018 but all solutions provided on those posts I have already done with no improvement
