Stuck On Loading Screen After CAS Glitch

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Hold shift and click on a sim. Then click modify in CAS, do what you need to do and click the check. After you do that, it will stay on the loading screen forever until you eventually will have to restart the game and lose everything.
What happens when the bug occurs? You get stuck on a loading screen forever.
What do you expect to see? You should exit cas and be able to return to gameplay.
