Stuck with the loading donut when I try to exit out of an ad to start?!

    @KillerDead002 Let's confirm that the problem is a mod or CC. Move (not copy) the Mods folder to the desktop (or rename it), delete the file called localthumbcache, open the game to test, and exit without saving.

    If that works, then you can start at the lists in the current Broken/Updated Mods & CC post. If those don't solve your issue, the 50-50 is an efficient way to narrow causes down.

ive even repaired the game multiple times to see if it worked as well as uninstalled but its the mods.

@KillerDead002 This is an issue normally caused by outdated mods. When you created a new user folder by moving/dragging the old one to your desktop or renaming it, did the game behave as it if was brand new? If not, you might have an issue with duplicate folders and need to find the one the game is seeing.
