Swatches Disappear When Scaling Ui

Hi! I'm having an issue where, when I scale the UI in-game options Sims 4, the swatches begin to cut off. Image one is how it looks when scaled, and image two is how it looks not scaled, but rather how it's supposed to look. I use mods and UI mod at that, but I have them removed as of right now, and the same issue persists. I've reset my game entirely, I've done that over and over again, deleted my localthumbcache. Making a backup and renaming the original and then opening the game to start a new file. nothing works.

This happens with any object you could encounter!

  • Hi Again : Little Information about the issue
To start, I've been having this Visual Glitch for about two to three years.

When Scaling the UI in Accessibility, located in Game Options

The Swatches start to just cut off, This is very frustrating. I've attached an image.

Things I've done to TRY and resolve this.

1: Fresh Install - uninstalling the entire game

2: No CC and No Mods

    3: Fresh Folder

4: No CC and Mods OTHER than MCC

    5: Uninstalling reshade/ reinstalling reshade

6: Changing the game from windowed full screen, to full screen

7: as well as changing the resolution, both monitor and game

8: changing the installation patch from one drive to another

I've posted about this before, and to no luck. Please I beg, someone help.

I've updated everything, everything is fully updated. nothing shows in dxdiag

@uiako I merged your post with your old post to keep the history in one thread.

Does this happen when you go into the red part or still staying within white ?

This happens when I try both scales. So in red, happens, in white it happens

@uiako Since red gives you a warning that issues can occur, I think that's just how it is but it shouldn't happen while still in the white.

Maybe make a post in the bug forum would be best (make sure to fill in the form).
