Just a 'heads-up', T.O.O.L. has at least one issue until it's updated from v2.3.4Clicking on "Rewards Store" freezes the game.I haven't seen any other issues, I've currently removed it. However to use TOOL for building, it should still work if avoiding that.Cheers

Sorry, quick off topic question. Can TOOL be used to set up one of the food vendors in an off lot area and a sim will show up and work?

I had just added T.O.O.L. the day before the patch. My game would load but selected saves would not. Worked fine after removing T.O.O.L.

I haven't tried it, though I also have thought about that. Since there are vendors already off-lot in many worlds, my guess is that it would work. As long as nothing is blocking it.
