Well I've tried everything I can think of. Should I submit this as a bug report instead? I see no way of getting this to work the way it says it works. I've tried it on a new save with no mods as well, and still it doesn't work at all. Hoping I'm just doing something wrong and this isn't another one of those would-be neat features that got released broken or unfinished and then never fixed.
