Tattoos Broken

I wanted to try out the new tattoo features with the new update but when I went into CAS I cant select a tattoo. That's not the only thing, I cant see which tattoo is which because there are unusable...

Did you never have mods/cc or remove them ?

    I removed my mods and CC before updating the game. I have not added them back yet.
