Teen stands idle instead of speaking with principal

I have no idea what the sims creators have done but every time I go to high school with my teen, he will not speak with the principal and then will stay at high school till late and when I force him back home my day restarts. I’m really confused and unhappy

    @crinrict I updated all my mods and deleted the ones outdated and it was my actual file itself. I ended up just deleting it because I got too annoyed and started a brand new file and my game is been fine

    Latest update vs a ton of mods = bad.

    WW seems to be issue causing day resets.

    Phone and bed mods can cause issues with sims not responding to your commands.

    Remove your mods and CC, then delete the localthumbcache.package file, and see if issues still exist in your game.
