I could be wrong but I think the choker (huh, it is a banned word :/). is actually a base game female item, disable the feminine tag.

This pack looks amazing and age-appropriate, I'm pretty sure lots of love and labor went into it. But after downloading, I cannot find the choker that was featured on the pic of The Punk Kid, can you give me a pointer as where to find it? Thank you so much.
