@Naturark Are you opted in to DX11? A good lot of CC wallpapers (and other CC) are broken in DX11. The solution for that is to revert to DX9. I've not come across any updated files yet. If you're not in DX11, please let me know.
I have exactly the same issue. Could you please explain how you revert to DX9 ?
