Both of the sims 4 and 3 crashes down on my laptop at the loading screen for over a week now, before that the sims 4 did crashed down few times, but the problem solved itself quickly. I tried to move out the mods (it still crashed) and I did move the whole folder with the sims 4, and it worked, but the problem is when I added the saves back the game crashed down again. So is there a solution for it?
Broken mods can permanently damage a save. If it works with a new game I suggest you go with that.
well, I’d like to keep my saves though.
And I don’t think it’s a problem with mods, because The sims 3 crashes down as well, and I don’t use mods in the sims 3.

Well I am using MacBook so I don't know what dxdiag is, I hope this is what you're asking for.
@marcelda22 For Sims 4 mod issues, you can start at the Broken/Updated Mods & CC lists. That link is to today's. There will be a new one after tomorrow's patch, but the "Previously Broken" will much the same. When you update a mod, delete old versions (except .cfg files) and check installation instructions, as they often change. If going through those lists to update and delete mods doesn't solve your issue, you might need to do 50-50 of your Mods folder.
