The Sims 4 Gallery Grey Llama Icon issue

Question

So here the issue I'm having, my Sims Gallery will show the grey Llama with wings icon on the catalog listing and then when opening the friends list it show that my following list is zero even though I know it not. Then when I press other people work on the gallery it says can't load would you like to delete/ file is corrupted.&nbsp;Here the thing though when I remove all my cc it starts to work again, I&nbsp;can see the gallery catalog, my following list, follower list, and&nbsp;etc. So, I'm like ok it must be some type of broken CC, I can just move everything little by little to fix it. All my scripts mod&nbsp;work but half of my cc like build, furniture, clothing&nbsp;shoes hair and etc.&nbsp;will show that same grey&nbsp;llama&nbsp;icon as before. I've&nbsp;tried repairing files, deleting tray files, deleting localthumbcache.package, uninstalling&nbsp;the game and reinstalling nothing seem to work but deleting certain CC. I even redownloaded different cc and some of that works but other stuff will cause the grey llama&nbsp;icon to appear back. I've tried looking elsewhere&nbsp;to see if anybody else has&nbsp;the issue and I haven't&nbsp;really found everything else. Can anyone please help me out with this issue if you can, thanks in advance.

Solution Found~&nbsp;I have to put the mods in the mod folder then while the game is getting ready to open take the mods out the folder out but because the game is open it won't&nbsp;allow the folder to be moved because it is using&nbsp;the files. Somehow it tricks&nbsp;the game to show The&nbsp;Sims 4&nbsp;gallery catalog with no issue. So now I can see my friends list and no more gray&nbsp;Llama icon show up either. Also,&nbsp;I found out that once I&nbsp;load the mods like that,&nbsp;I won't&nbsp;have to redo this step every time I want to play the game.

This sadly didn't manage to work for me, game still lets me move mods while i am in the starting screen from my mods folder. Did you move your entire mods folder out of just the contents of it? And at what point of loading? Maybe with some more info i can get it to work for me. Because this is making me lose all motivation to play the sims.

I found out that the CC that’s causing the issue is from TSR and I don’t know why it only happen with the CC I get off there. When I take that folder out of my Mods my game works fine, soon as I put it back once again Grey Llama Icon comes back. When I tried the folder trick it was working perfectly, recently I added more CC from that website and once again the issue has started up. So now the folder trick acts like it won’t work for me anymore,&nbsp;but I time it as soon as I push the Play button on the EA app,&nbsp;I have the folder out on my desktop then move it in the Mods folder then take it out. The game opens and the file says can’t move due to the program running using the file. I’m going to try testing some things out with TSR folder to see what other thing might stop the issue from happening. Please be patient with me while I try to find out why the issue is happening and a different solution to get the game to work again🤓🤔.
