The Sims 4: Items Missing In Build/buy Mode

Hello! Hope anyone who comes across this is having a good day!

So I have been having an issue with build/buy mode items disappearing in my game. For example, I downloaded a CC lot and placed it down in my game. Everything was fine and ready to go but then when I came back to the lot to make some changes, I got the notification saying that items have disappeared or replaced due to the game not finding the items. 

Not too long ago, I had this same issue and thought my computer was just having a moment or maybe I had made a mistake when cleaning things out/adding new things. So I went and redownloaded the lots and CC and everything was fine. I continued playing and I would notice every so often I would get the same notification but it would be only 1 or 2 items and I never noticed anything significant so I ignored it. Now the issue is back again, but more drastic and I'm not sure what to do ☹️

I did update to the latest patch yesterday. I did try to repair my game and when I loaded in, the same notification came up. I do play with lots of CC and little gameplay mods. 

And please for the love of god, do not tell me to do the 50/50 method because OBVIOUSLY, it is not going to work with my issue as I am going to continue having the same notification. 

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
