The Sims 4 Snowy Escape bug

Hello, i have a problem with Snowy Escape. Every stuff and packs works great, but if i want travel in Snowy Escape world ( mount Komorebi, spa Onsen) the game crashed. Example: i want go to Onsen sp...

@Elda995 Yeah, that's a known bug then. Do you have a backup from before you went on the event ?

@crinrict no, i reinstalled the game and start with new family with the same bug.

    @Elda995 Once you have the bug, there's not much you can do. Did you try a new save ? If you don't have any backups, I would put the save aside and play a new one until the bug is fixed. Avoid the mountain excursion.
