@EnkiSchmidt I am sorry, but I have failed to find a neckerchief for you. I did find a scout's uniform but, I don't think it is what you want.

If not, do you at least know some places that got skins that works with toddlers? No need for the skin to be toddler specific. Looking for a default skin that works for all ages (with the exception of babies since I heard they can't have skin CC?)
