thumbnails are all missing in sims 4

    It's fixed. All I had to do was to update my computer lmfao

@petiteroche What platform are you playing on ?

Have you tried a game repair ? What security software are you using ?

    @crinrict , I'm playing on a 2017 MacBook Air, and I'm using Origin. I've repaired the game multiple times, especially after reinstalling. I'm using MacOS Monterey (if that's what you mean by security software).
