time freezing while at high school

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.91.186.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? high school years, get famous, seasons, island living, cats & dogs, parenthood, vampires, bowling night stuff, fitness stuff, city living, backyard stuff, spa day, get to work, holiday celebration pack
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? by following your teen to high school and playing with them
What happens when the bug occurs? the time stops, needs freeze, and sims just stand/ sit still but they move their head around.
What do you expect to see? sims should carry out their tasks, the time flows continuously unless i pause it and needs don't freeze as well
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. i got high school years yesterday so after the so called 'bug fix' patch that came out 2 days ago

i've tried fixing my mods and cc and clearing cache but it still doesn't work

    @chrxssse_ Create a new save and upload the one from the that game to your library.

    Then download into the other game.

    @chrxssse_ I tested your save and didn't have any freezing.

    Does it happen each time you go to school ?

    I wonder if the sheer amount of objects you have at your school causes issues.

    Could you try the same save but with the default school ? Save your current one to the library then replace it with the original to see if the freezing still occurs.

    it happens every time and multiple times i go to the highschool. how do i find the default school??

    i tested my old save with the default highschool and the time doesn't freeze! i also tried it with my settings i normally have and it works as well! thank you so much

    @chrxssse_ I liked your highschool but it probably just had a tad to many objects on it.

    Try making something smaller :D
