Toddler beauty pageant mod

I have been obsessed with Toddler and Tiaras and was searching for a beauty pageant mod and found a couple of videos of people using it but it was over 3 years ago. Wondering if there is a trusted mod for beauty pageants currently working and where I can find to download. I have been watching videos on using mods. I currently use a mccc mod.
