Toddler model distorted

Something truly horrifying happened to an unplayed toddler sim. His portrait was showing up as a baby, he had all the toddler interactions available, but he looked like... this.

The issue resolved itself after I went into CAS to edit the sim, but I'm afraid my game has been cursed or perhaps possessed. I don't know if I need tech support or an exorcist. Please help.
