Toddlers/adults can’t use toddler beds or small potties

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All packs except Growing together, high school years, werewolves, wedding stories, dream home decorator, paranormal, nifty knitting and moschino
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to use the toddler bed as a toddler the choice is greyed out, as an adult only option to use is sit. The tiny toilets to potty train also doesn’t work for toddlers or adults.
What happens when the bug occurs? absolutely nothing. I can’t use any of the toddler beds or the toilets.
What do you expect to see? Toddlers and adults should be able to interact with the toddler beds and toilets.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

I have tried various toddler beds in game and they all give me the same issue. I have re downloaded and repaired my game and the issue is still there. I have attached the pic of the bed problem but I forgot to take one of the toilet.
