Toolbar Visual Glitch

This is my first time actually reporting a bug, so if y'all need more details let me know.

It's nothing major just a visual bug, everything works as it should. The toolbar in the the top right corner is messed up, I took a screenshot and that's attached and that's basically it. The bug isn't ruining my gameplay but it is very annoying with the blue highlight and the red spot.

I play with mods, but they're all up to date, and none of them should be affecting the tool bars.
