Townie Random Generation

Do someone here know where are the .xml's that deal with townie generation? I found template files (e.g. template_adult_female_caucasian) but they don't contain anything related to genetics (only skill probability). I'm tired of seeing ugly sims in my game.

    It seems that it's defined by "tunable_tag_set" which in turn is defined by "Archetype" tag. But where this archetype tag is defined?
