Traveling causes entire lot to disappear

I do not have any mods or cc like I stated before. I've already deleted my localthumbcache. Currently if I try to load any of my save files one of three things happen. First I load the save and it takes me to the neighborhood and the house is empty and wants me to make a new family. Second the save file will load but once I go into CAS or travel my house and everything on my lot disappears. Third I load a save file and now my game crashes. New save or old save doesn't matter. Every single world and every single lot I try does not work. Also its presetting every house to Residential Rental even the ones I built before For Rent even if I manually change it in build mode. I have also completely removed my save file and tried without it and its still happening. Even if I download sims or a house off the gallery. My game is completely broken.

- @lyleejane420 I gave it a small test. No error codes and when trying to place a house, it stays there.
I'm not sure if I'm testing the correct things so what I tried
1. Loaded your Sim in Sulani. There was no house.
2. Loaded another family in Sulani. There was a house so I took them to cas. House still there. Traveled with them to Glimmerbrook and back. House still there
3. Back to your single household, placed a random lot from the gallery. Traveled. Back. House still there.
4. Moved in a random sim that wasn't living anywhere.into a random rental lot and visited them. They were living there
5. Save the game
6. Exit game
7. Reload Game
8. Everything is as I last left it.
9. Also didn't see any lots turn into residential rental.
So, basically, I think I can't duplicate. Is there anything else I should test ?
What security software are you using ?I'm going to record a video and show you from my computer because when I do those things it doesn't work for me so it may be something you can't duplicate I'll record just to make sure. I use norton 360. Honestly I have never had a problem before hence this being my first post. These problems only started two days after I bought for rent. I went a head and completely uninstalled my game from origin and am going to re-download and see if it's still happening. I will update you asap thank you so much for your help!
