For support using Tray Importer, please head to the Tray Importer website (l'universsims). Note that there are current issues with Tray Importer. The current version is a hotfix that addressed some but not all. Make sure you're on the current version.
It’s not a tray importer issue, it’s affecting my gallery as well. I just use tray importer to see the tray files.
