tsr cc manager

was there a new update to tsr cc manager? i cant figure out how to update it to run ingame! it was working but after update i cant get it to show up in game and i have everything enabled in settings to use mods and cc....i am a vip member so i have it downlaoded and it did work, im just trying to get this figured out??
