Thank you so much for the replies. After rummaging through my mods folder, turns out I actually have a gallery pose file that I haven't deleted. It was named without any word like gallery, primary, secondary, poses, at all. After I deleted the file, my Sims is now posing normally. My bad I missed that 😅
Anyway, thankyou so much for the replies and tips, I really appreciate it :)
