LynetteMCh mari5125 HNew UI issues after a game update are 99% the time the result of using a mod that hasn't been updated or cleared for the patch. Check the pinned Broken and Updated Mods and CC list for mods you use; you can follow the thread to get notifications of new info.
To confirm that your issue is mod related, do a vanilla test: Rename the Mods folder so the game generates an empty one, then delete the file called localthumbcache, then try again.
