UI GLITCH AND MENU IS BROKEN AFTER UPDATE NEW VERSION 21/10/2024

Please help! i don't know what exactly happen here, I didn't even know there was new update. I just updated it today on 23 Oct. After updating the new version of the game, there are some error button or UI glitch.

My character icon, traits icon, some menu below that I can't even open it after click it so many times except the menu below on my picture.

These things I've tried:

1. Repair the game from EA app

2. Delete localthumb

3. Verify intergrity of the game files on Discord

4. Delete UI cheat extention and try the game > still not working

5. Checking the new broken mods but couldn't find any, and I am haven't download any new CC/Mods recently these two last weeks.

Could anyone please help me? I am not comfortable to play with this problem. ☹️

    So will I have to re-download ALL of my mods, or just the broken ones? How to do you know which ones are broken? I have a lot of mods from many different sites so I don't know if I'll be able to find them all again.

    Please let me know soon because I don't want to have to re-find all my mods!

    @lex_hockey2 For every update, it is advised to remove ALL mods, clear the cache, install the update, and run a vanilla game first. Then it is best to check luthienrising's broken/updated mods & CC thread to follow any updates, in detail. After that, you consult the creators' sites for updates. Then, if you're still having issues, do the 50-50 check as linked in luthienrising's response above your comment.

    Yes, this was exactly my problem, but I removed those two I told you, plus <removed> and it worked fine. I removed <removed>. So those four were removed and it worked again.

    i'm also having this issue along with my households failing to load and everytime i relaunch my game it i still get the same message. "the game failed to load. Error Code:135.61fadab6:7614eea2. It is recommended that you relaunch the game." any one else has this issue?

    @giannaisarat This is almost certainly because you have mods that aren't compatible with the game update. Start at Broken/Updated Mods & CC . In general, with a patch this major, you should be using only mods that are updated or cleared as compatible, at least for anything that impact the UI or gameplay. (Clothing and furniture and the like rarely break.) Info on managing the game as a mod user at update time is in How to Use Mods and CC

    I've updated and taken out broken mods and still cannot figure out what's causing this issue. I've spent 2 days trying to fix it!
    Deleted TOOL & BetterBuildBuy plus updated my other mods already. Deleted cache files.

    Any ideas what else I can try?
